Hi, I am Sophie, I am one of the owners of CSS Education and the educator for our flagship academy in Southampton. Our beautiful academy is based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, we have a big training space and free parking.

I have been in the Beauty Industry for 16 years, I started my career in spas and went on to own salons of my own. I always wanted to teach so to teach about my industry and something I am so passionate about is so rewarding. I have experienced good and bad training in my time and my aim is to only ever to ensure my students feel truly confident in their new skill.

I teach all beauty courses, semi permanent makeup courses and aesthetics too and can't wait to meet my new CSS students!

Hi I’m Claire. I am the owner alongside Sophie and I’m the educator for CSS in Yorkshire, based in Barnsley I cover the whole Yorkshire area.

I have been in the Beauty Industry for around 12 years, and now getting to pass that knowledge and experience onto students is very fulfilling.

I absolutely love my job and it’s a fantastic feeling when you help clients and students feel more confident about themselves.

I teach all aesthetic, beauty and semi permanent make up courses.

  Hi, my names Rebecca Ullyatt. After completing my NVQs at college I worked in and out of the industry for 12 years, until I joined the industry full time 2 years ago after discovering my love for aesthetic treatments. It was the best decision to make. I love the way I make my clients feel. Nothing beats seeing the surge of confidence in a woman when they look in the mirror. To me, it’s what makes this such a rewarding career.

I am passionate about learning and up skilling and have personally experienced the good and bad sides of training. This is what has led me to education. Having experienced both sides it has left me with a hunger to be a part of the good side. To train people correctly, safely and ethically. With the hope my passion inspires anyone and everyone I teach.

I chose CSS Education because I share the same values and ethos. It’s a privilege to join the team and be a part of a company that truly believes in student welfare, even long after the training is complete. 

  Hi I’m Charlotte,
I have over 20 years experience in the world of beauty therapy.
At the age of 14 I started as a Saturday girl in my local salon in the Midlands, so you could say I have grown up with the beauty industry.
In 2002 , At the age of 17 I moved to the Isle of Wight and have worked in salons and spas across the island until I opened my own salon Vanity in 2012. In 2013 I went on to do my PTLLS teaching course as opening a school has always been a dream of mine.
Over the past 5 years as the beauty industry has flourished I’ve decided to specialise more in  advanced treatments such as semi permanent make up, dermaplaning,  plasma Elite skin tightening, no needle lip fillers and acid peels.
After having my son in October 2020 after 6 long years and numerous of IVF cycles, I have decided that now is the time to concentrate solely on teaching. I am very excited to pass on my knowledge and skills to the next keen CSS students.

 Hi I’m Emily. I am the CSS educator for Herefordshire. I completed my NVQ level 2&3 Beauty therapy straight from school and have been in the industry for 16 years. I LOVE my job and how versatile and ever changing the beauty industry is. I have always enjoyed completing additional training courses to expand my knowledge and learn new and more advanced treatments which led to me completing my training qualification and enabling me to teach beauty courses to students wanting to further their career or start a new career. I very much look forward to working with you.

 Hi My Name is Claire Hall, I am 36 years old and have been in hair, beauty and nail industry since age 14. I absolutely loved my Saturday job and new from a young age this was the career I wanted to achieve. I worked for an international company Regis where I learnt vital skills to thieve in industry working my way from junior to manager of the salon, managing over 20 stylists. I also won a trip to Monaco for best colourist (I was SOOO happy). I then decided I wanted to open my own salon, at age 21 I done just that, my salon is still open to date and I will be forever proud. During the years I have also opened another two salons these are also very successful. I work my week between the salons with my team and teaching City & Guild Qualifications.

After 4 years of opening my salon I then decided I wanted to start university and graduate as a teacher educator, I am now qualified to teach, assess and IQA (internal quality assurance) and opened my training school (meeting Richard Branson for guidance in the process).  I am a teacher educator because I want to be part of changing lives. Realising this is not straight forward to accomplish I know education is where I will have the greatest impact. I have upmost confidence that every individual is able to strive for success in their academic and vocational performance. I love to teach and guide my learners through a smooth-running programme, linking to the real working environment. 

I teach all aspects of hairdressing, barbering, beauty therapy and nail technology and I can’t wait to work in collaboration with CSS training to offer the best training to all you keen individuals. I promise this will be the best step to a new career in this fast-growing industry 

Hi my name is Claire, I am based in the New Forest I have been in the beauty industy  for 16 years.
I have worked in spas and salons, and have my own beauty buisness which
I have had for 9 years. I also have my own skincare and body product line.
I have always wanted to teach and pass my knowledge on to others. I have  taken plenty of training courses over the years, as I always love to learn myself. I
trained in mircoblading with Sophie and now im so excited to work alongside her teaching beauty courses. I can’t wait to pass my knowledge on to CSS students . 

Hi, I am Sukhy, I am delighted to be part of this Academy. I have been in the Beauty Industry for 12 years. I had a complete change of career after my youngest child started full time education. I wanted to be my own boss, so I decided to become a Beauty Boss ever since then I have been learning and applying my new skills to my portfolio. In 2015 I decided to run my business from my home, converted the garage to a homebased salon. I love seeing my clients happy and confident when they leave my salon. 

When I was learning courses, I found that not all courses were at a professional level and they lacked the care for their students and support, so I decided to become a Trainer and try and give my 101% to my students.

I love my family. My two older son's are graduates one a Doctor and the other a Business Ananylst and my beautiful daughter is at College.

My passions are facials and anything with eyes and brows especially threading.

Beware I am always looking at eyebrows!
